Right before breakfast I checked dxmaps and saw the MUF rising so breakfast had to be postponed...

Often the signals on .174 were rather marginals except for some short periods with peaks around S9. On .300 there was silence only.

Running FT8 you have a hard time makeing QSOs, clicking on new stations and also entering QSOs into the dx cluster :-)

Then I stopped calling. I never gave any report and I never saw
a report from him.
At 06:43:30 he replied with "HB9DFG RA1TL RR73", Hmm, funny,
really funny - I wonder how the ALL.txt of RA1TL looks like around
these times... What happened? Pity, but no contact this way!

Great to finally work Dmitrij UA3PTW via Es. I worked him numerous times vie EME on 2m, 70cm and 23 cm and MS on 2m.

However, once again it was clear that a contest and Es doesn't go very well. I heard at least 3 different UA stations, but these were QRM'ed by OK and OM stations needing tow work their neighbours in a contest. So alas, no SSB contacts.

i think, i had it right in my memory, that NO contest-calling on 144.300 +- 5khz is not allowed.

Comment:
I was calling CQ UA ONLY on 144.302 SSB for about 1 h long but 0 contacts. Maybe that UA stations are watching only flags at PSK reported rather then DX cluster.. It's also sad that most of UA stations don't want log in ON4KST 2m CHAT, maybe because most of stations are speaking English there (?)... Well this time you missed great activity guys, in Middle Europe is still wide spread SSB contesting and this time was going OK/OM/DL/9A/S5 SSB contest, segment between 144.150 - 144.400 was absolutely full of SSB stations (up to 100xOK and 20xOM) and lucky UA station was able to work dozens of SSB Es QSOs but.....
