MUF was high, was on 6m having QSOs across Europe, with 59+30 reports into DL, SP and I, already reports of SV/TA VORs being heard in N Italy when, suddenly, out of the blue, I3MEK is heard on 144.300 along with another station, QSO completed within 10s and gone.
MUF was still high, but never reached high enough to extend the ES period. 1st and, probably, last ES for 2m for 2016 for me.
