At 15:41 UTC the band opened between CT and G. Both openings very short and spotty.

Initially I could hear Joe at 55 working others but then he faded out before I could attract his attention. Just afterwards CT1CAD was on .300 but QSYed to .310 to work another G. During that QSO CT1CAD faded completly. 3 mins later Joe was 59+++ on .300 for several minutes and easily worked.
