At the early morning MUF was quite high in the east, a good start into a new ES day after some days of silence. MUF remained high the whole day through and after the early morning Es several new hot spots formed in the afternoon until the late evening. Unfortunately activity was very low today even that MUF reached almost 300 MHz in times. Perhaps people are tired of Es at the end of the season?

Very frustrating opening, We heard lots of bits of calls from I0 and YO. But nothing we could complete with. Lots of people around us (JN19)were working in to LZ and YO.

missed first part of ES opening becouse busy with ST0R on 50Mhz! But at the 144Mhz-Station was Joe IT9BLB, that got abt 10 QSO's. At 16:31z finally I heard for the first time in 4 days ST0R on 50.105 and I got my qso! VERY HAPPY!!!!! So I changed my chair with Joe, and started to enjoy the opening on 144!
