It looks like nothing special is happening in terms of tropo. But a moving high pressure over the North sea provided some enhancement resulting in some QSO's over 600 km between EI and DL. William Hepburn's is forcasting more tropo between PA, north DL, OZ and G, GI, GD and EI for next thursday, Sept. 17th. Might worth checking the band...

I never thought I would work OY from here as the take-off to the North is very poor from IO70jc. Sea path the rest of the way probably helped a lot!
